Refund Policy

You may reach out to our support team at business@jalapenolabs.io within 30 days of your purchase or the most recent payment to submit a written email request for a refund.

We are unable to issue refunds on anything older than 30 days.

When contacting our support team please provide the following information:

  • The dollar amount of the payment.
  • The date of the payment.
  • The last 4 digits of the card that is on file.
  • Contact us from your Jalapeno Labs account email or the email used at purchase.

If you have purchased a “hard good” (for example, a book or other tangible product) from Jalapeno Labs or any related brands, you may receive a limited refund if you comply with the following conditions (unless otherwise specified):

  • The hard goods must be returned to Jalapeno Labs in like-new, or re-sellable condition, as determined in Jalapeno Labs’ sole, reasonable discretion.
  • You must return the hard goods to Jalapeno Labs immediately, according to the shipping and other instructions you will receive by email after requesting a refund;
  • Your request for a refund must be made within thirty (30) days of your purchase;
