Assets built for the engine, not just the render
A model that looks stunning in a turntable but tanks your frame rate is not done. We build 3D assets the way a shipping game needs them: clean topology, sane UVs, PBR textures, sensible polycounts, and proper LODs, ready to drop into Unreal Engine 5 or Unity and just work. We are a game studio, so optimization and game readiness are the default, not an upsell.
Whether you need a single hero prop, a kit to dress an entire level, or a stylized character, we model to a target: your art direction, your engine, and your performance budget.
What this includes
- Props and hard-surface models. Weapons, vehicles, gadgets, furniture, and set dressing with clean, deformation-friendly topology.
- Environments and modular kits. Tiling, snapping modular pieces that let your team build large, varied spaces from a compact set.
- Characters and creatures. Stylized or realistic, modeled with edge flow that is ready for rigging and animation.
- PBR texturing. Substance Painter materials with the full map set (base color, normal, roughness, metallic, ambient occlusion) authored for your pipeline.
- Optimization. UV layout, retopology, baking from high to low poly, LOD chains, and collision meshes tuned to your performance budget.
- Engine integration. Correct scale, pivots, naming, and import settings so the asset behaves the moment it lands in your project.
How we work
- Reference and target. We lock the art direction, the engine, the polycount and texture budget, and gather reference before modeling.
- Blockout. A fast greybox or blockout to confirm proportion, scale, and silhouette before detail goes in.
- High and low poly. We sculpt or model the detail, then build the optimized game-ready mesh and bake.
- Texturing. PBR materials authored to your target look and pipeline.
- Integration and review. We deliver in-engine where possible, with a structured review round so notes are addressed precisely.
What you receive
- Game-ready meshes in your format of choice (FBX, glTF, or native engine assets).
- Full PBR texture sets at the resolution your project calls for.
- LODs and collision meshes where the asset needs them.
- Source files (high poly, Substance project) so the asset can be revised later.
